It should come as no surprise that the Orlando Informer Meetup is chock full of memorable moments. In fact, with after-hours access to Universal Studios Florida and Universal\u2019s Islands of Adventure, seriously low crowds, and unlimited food, it would be hard not<\/em> to make lifelong memories at the OI Meetup!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Of course, memorable moments look different for everyone \u2013 they might take the form of heart-stopping thrills, or maybe they exist in the quieter moments of peacefully wandering about a theme park. I\u2019ve jotted a few of my own personal favorites below, both in the interest of inspiring you and of reliving them through my writing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Beating your high score on MEN IN BLACK\u2122 Alien Attack\u2122<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

If you\u2019re like me, you\u2019ve been trying to max out your score on MEN IN BLACK\u2122 Alien Attack\u2122 for years. Well, thanks to the low crowds and minimal waits at the Orlando Informer Meetup, you\u2019ll have all the time in the world to ride over\u2026 and over\u2026 and over\u2026 and over again until you finally<\/em> hit that goal! (Yes, I did do a victory dance when this happened.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There\u2019s no better feeling than becoming a Galactic Defender, even if Agent J neuralizes you right afterward. And don\u2019t worry if you can\u2019t quite crack that high score \u2013 you can numb the pain by taking advantage of those unlimited snacks. (Churros make everything<\/em> better, you know.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Watching the dragon atop Gringotts\u2122 bank roar with a Butterbeer\u2122 in-hand<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

If you\u2019re a Harry Potter<\/em>\u2122 fan, this is a must-do memorable moment. As a fanatic myself, I can confirm that nothing compares to the joy of sipping a Butterbeer\u2122 and watching as the dragon perched on top of Gringotts\u2122 bank lets out a fiery roar at the guests below. And if you\u2019re attending a winter OI Meetup, the holiday decorations make this experience all the more wondrous! (It\u2019s a great photo opportunity<\/a>, too.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Discovering a new favorite theme-park snack<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

I\u2019m of the opinion that few memorable moments hold a candle to your first bite of a new favorite snack. (I can\u2019t be the only one who vividly remembers her first time trying a churro, right?)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is even more true during a winter Orlando Informer Meetup, when the holiday decorations and cooler weather combine to create an ambiance that simply can\u2019t be beat! (Of course, if thrills are more your style, there\u2019s always The Bourne Stuntacular.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
