Our Orlando Informer Meetup takes place in Orlando, Florida at Universal Orlando Resort on June 7-8, 2024.

Food and Beverage

Our highly rated menu from past Orlando Informer Meetups is returning once again. It's important to us that everybody has something they're able to eat, so several vegan options are also returning. As always, unlimited food and non-alcoholic beverages are included with your ticket.

Some of the offerings will include pork, chicken, or vegan chorizo tacos, steak & cheese sliders, salads, turkey wraps, spaghetti and meatballs, slow-roasted pork bowls, and much more. Theme-park staples such as cheeseburgers, pizza, and more will also be available. Indulge in delectable desserts, including warm churros, pineapple sorbet, Cinnabon®, ice cream sundaes, miniature cannoli, and more.

Butterbeer™, other unique non-alcoholic drinks, and ice cream from Florean Fortescue's Ice-Cream Parlour are also included in your ticket.

Your completed registration provides you with a night (or, even, two!) of unforgettable magic and excitement that includes over 25 attractions and all-you-care-to-enjoy food and non-alcoholic beverages, all with less waiting.

PRICE: The registration fee for the OI Meetup is $239 for Friday night, $244 for Saturday night, or $409 for Friday and Saturday, plus processing and tax.  Tickets are limited and will sell out.

Hurry! Space is extremely limited and will fill up quickly. These rates are valid for travel up to three days before and after the OI Meetup, subject to group room availability. At the start, the group rate will have a two-night June 7-8 minimum requirement. As the group rate begins to reach capacity at each hotel, they will begin accepting one-night reservations, as well. Some hotels will begin accepting one-night reservations faster than others. Rates are based on double occupancy and do not include parking or tax.

Do I need to attend both nights? Will I miss things if I only attend one night?

We offer two nights as this is something that a lot of our guests have asked for, but we don't think you'll be disappointed with just one night. There will be slight differences between the two evenings, but overall it'll be the same epic evening (just twice)!

Is my annual pass or daytime theme-park ticket valid for the OI Meetup? Do I need daytime admission in order to attend the OI Meetup?

Since this is a private event, daytime admission is not valid for admission – this includes any daytime park ticket or annual pass. Additionally, due to the nature of the event, we are unable to offer a discount for annual passholders. OI Meetup registration is the only ticket required for this event.

How crowded will this OI Meetup be?

We're unable to disclose the exact number of attendees, but it will be a small fraction of the number of guests in the parks during any given day – there will be little to no waits and crowds. At a previous OI Meetup, almost 60% of those surveyed indicated the Meetup was much less crowded than they expected, while less than 2% said that it was much more crowded than expected.

Is this a real event? How do I know this isn't a scam?

This will be our 18th official Orlando Informer Meetup event weekend. We have held successful Orlando Informer Meetups in September 2015, May 2016, March 2017, September 2017, June 2018, December 2018, April 2019, December 2019, February 2020, December 2020, June 2021, November/December 2021, June 2022, February 2023, June 2023, November/December 2023, and February 2024. You should also know that Orlando Informer Meetups and our company are not associated with any timeshares whatsoever.

Is there a discount for children?

Children under the age of three do not require a ticket. Those three and older will need a regular OI Meetup ticket.

The majority of stores throughout the parks will be open with merchandise for purchase.

Your attendance and registration to this event is subject to the following terms and conditions.

Orlando Informer’s goal is to have a successful and fun event, as such, we reserve the right to remove any guest from the event. Any guests who harass another person, at the sole discretion of Orlando Informer, will be removed immediately and their ticket will be revoked. Orlando Informer reserves the right to revoke guest’s ticket and admission to future events for illegal, unsafe, disruptive, discriminatory behavior, or not adhering to these terms and conditions.
Valid photo I.D. required for event check-in. No refunds of any kind. Registration is non-transferable. Event occurs rain or shine. No rain checks. Prices, times, dates, entertainment, event and/or experience details are subject to changes and/or cancellation without notice.
Park, attractions, food venues, or entertainment may: close due to refurbishing, capacity, weather; change operating hours; and otherwise change or be discontinued without notice and without liability.
On Friday, June 7, unlimited Food & beverage service will begin at 7 pm and conclude at 11:30 pm. On Saturday, June 8, Food & beverage service will begin at 9 pm and conclude at 12:30 am. Times and offerings are subject to change without notice and without liability.
Attraction queues entrances will close prior to scheduled attraction closure (typically 15-30 minutes). Select attractions will close early due to noise ordinances and maintenance requirements. On all nights, The Incredible Hulk Coaster®, TRANSFORMERS: The Ride-3D, Fast & Furious - Supercharged, Harry Potter and the Escape from Gringotts™, Flight of the Hippogriff™, and Villain-Con Minion Blast, will need to be clear of guests by 12:00 am. On Friday, June 7, Hollywoood Rip Ride Rockit, Jurassic World VelociCoaster, and Hagrid's Magical Creatures Motorbike Adventure™ will need to be clear of guests by 12:00 am. On Saturday, June 8, Hollywoood Rip Ride Rockit, Jurassic World VelociCoaster, and Hagrid's Magical Creatures Motorbike Adventure™ will need to be clear of guests by 1:00 am.
Some rides and attractions employ safety restraints which may not accommodate certain people due to their body shape or size.
*Pteranodon Flyers will utilize a Virtual Line. Distribution information will be emailed prior to the OI Meetup.
Guest assumes any and all risks, loss, injury, or damage occurring before, during, or after the event. Guest releases Orlando Informer, LLC, and their respective affiliates and representatives from any related claims.
Guest agrees to comply with any and all regulations, policies, and rules and heed all warnings of Universal Orlando Resort. In addition, guest agrees to adhere to instructions from Orlando Informer, LLC employees and the staff of Universal Orlando Resort.
Alcoholic beverages and any items prohibited at Universal Orlando Resort are not permitted into this event.
Parking is not included in registration price.
Exposure to COVID-19 is an inherent risk in any public location where people are present; we cannot guarantee you will not be exposed during your visit.
